VexStars is an independent digital fan project for free match result cards, free robot match videos, and a free Android app for portrait creation. This page explains what data may be collected when you use the website, download the app, contact support, or buy an optional premium upgrade.

VexStars is not a betting platform, wallet, NFT marketplace, resale marketplace, or official merchandise store.

App-related request details only when needed to support portrait creation, redo, refund, or deletion requests.

To let supporters access free match result cards, robot videos, and app downloads.
To provide support for app use, portrait creation, optional premium upgrades, redo requests, refunds, and deletion requests.
To understand which match cards, robot videos, and supporter communities react first.
To maintain basic operational records for troubleshooting and customer support.

What We Do Not Do

We do not sell personal data.
We do not run betting, wallet, NFT, or resale-marketplace services.
We do not imply official affiliation with FIFA, football associations, leagues, clubs, teams, players, sponsors, or tournament organizers.
We do not use famous-player likenesses; VexStars cards and robot visuals are original fan-focused digital memorabilia.

Retention

Operational records are kept only as long as needed to provide downloads, support the app, review demand, process optional premium upgrade support, and handle redo, refund, or deletion requests.

You can request deletion of support or app-related records by contacting harryvondiesel@gmail.com. Include the email address used for the request so the record can be found.

Where match data or scenarios are shown, they may be simulated or fictionalized for demonstration and entertainment purposes.
